The BariGirls Big Game Chili Board with Turkey Chili and Onion Dip

Ingredients
Turkey Chili: 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups ground turkey, cooked
4 cups vegan beef flavored broth
1 tbsp cumin
1/4 cup chili powder
1/2 red onion, diced
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)
6 tbsp nutritional yeast
3 tbsp Italian herbs seasoning or Herbs of Provence
1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 oz) can chili beans, drained and rinsed
1 (28 oz) tomatoes, diced or crushed
1 tsp liquid smoke
Onion Dip: 1 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Method
2. Taste the chili and adjust the spices if needed. Place pot and the toppings on a charcuterie board for easy selection and serve with mini corn muffins or multi-grain crackers.
