Know Your Cuts

Cube Steak -- Usually top round or top sirloin steaks that are pounded flat with a meat tenderizer to make them thin, tender, and easy to cook.
Filet Mignon -- Cut from the loin, this is the most tender cut of beef with a mild flavor.
Ground Round -- Ground up portions of the round portion of the cow which is lean, economical, and great for a variety of recipes.
Prime Rib -- Juicy and with rich flavor, this is one of the most tender cuts of meat, especially in the ribs. Prime rib is at Hen House during holiday seasons and beyond.
