Jasper’s Grilled Shrimp Caesar Salad Wrap

I’ve always been a fan of a classic Caesar salad, but wrapping it up with grilled shrimp takes it to a whole new level. Add a few slices of fresh avocado and you’ve got a flavor-packed, no-fuss meal that’s perfect for lunch or dinner. It’s the ultimate summer bite—cool, satisfying, and easy to enjoy any time.

Jasper’s Grilled Shrimp Caesar Salad Wrap

Ingredients for 4 Servings

  • For the Caesar Dressing (makes ~1 cup)
  • 2
    Anchovy fillets, finely minced
  • 1
    Garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 cup
    Sour cream
  • 1/4 cup
    Buttermilk
  • 2 Tbsp
    Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tsp
    Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    Red wine vinegar (or lemon juice)
  • 1/4 cup
    Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • For the Wraps
  • 2 cups
    Grilled shrimp chopped
  • 1/4 cup
    Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups
    Chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup
    Croutons, lightly crushed
  • 4
    Large flour tortillas or wraps

Method

  1. Whisk all dressing ingredients together in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Toss chopped shrimp with some of the Caesar dressing in a large bowl.
  3. Add chopped romaine, Parmesan, and croutons, and toss again to coat lightly.
  4. Warm tortillas slightly for easier folding. Spoon filling into the center of each tortilla, wrap tightly, and serve immediately or chill slightly before serving.
