Jasper’s Watermelon Caprese

1 CupFresh mozzarella ball, sliced

1 TablespoonBalsamic glaze (or reduction)

Fresh basil leaves, torn or left whole

Method
- Arrange the watermelon slices on a large platter. Slice mozzarella. Tuck the sliced mozzarella between the watermelon pieces, then scatter fresh basil leaves on top.
- Drizzle the olive oil evenly over everything, followed by the balsamic glaze and cut with sea salt.
