Chef Jasper’s Mozzarella-Stuffed Mushrooms

12large mushrooms, stems removed

1 cupshredded mozzarella cheese

1/4th cupgrated Parmesan cheese

1/4th cupsour cream

1/2 cupbreadcrumbs

2cloves garlic, minced

2 tbspolive oil

1 tspdried basil

salt & pepper to taste

Method
- Fire up the grill to medium heat (around 375°F).
- In a bowl, mix shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, sour cream, breadcrumbs, garlic, olive oil, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
- Place mushrooms on a piece of heavy-duty foil or in a grill-safe pan. Close the grill lid and cook for around 15 minutes, until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted and golden.
- Serve warm as an appetizer or side dish.
