Chef Jasper’s Vietnamese Garlic Noodles
Vietnamese garlic noodles are a rich, buttery dish packed with umami flavors from garlic, oyster sauce, and fish sauce. Tossed with Parmesan cheese and finished with a hint of sweetness and white pepper, this dish has a perfect balance of savory and aromatic notes. I like to serve with seafood and grilled meats. Easy and delicious, this is one recipe you’ll want to serve to family and friends.
