Ingredients for 4-5 Servings

Pre-made pie crust, thawed

Method
- Preheat oven according to pie dough package directions. Spray a muffin tin with baking spray and set aside.
- Roll out the pie dough, then roll out into medium-sized circles. Press into the muffin tins, using extra dough to repair any holes. Poke with a fork 3-4 times. Fill with aluminum foil and rice/beans (this will help prevent the dough from puffing up). Bake for 5-10 minutes, or until beginning to brown. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes.
- Divide the prepared crusts for your different filling types. For the cherry pie, fill and add more crust on top if desired. For the chocolate and key lime fillings, prepare the mixes, fill the crusts, and refrigerate until set.
- Top with desired garnishes and whipped cream.
